Welcome to Zaapp ("we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated by Dustprints Solutions. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data collected through the Zaapp mobile application, web dashboard, and online merchant storefronts (collectively, the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India, and global privacy standards including GDPR.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect data necessary to provide and enhance our AI marketing automation, multi-platform publishing, and digital storefront services:
- Account Details: Name, phone number, email address, and profile photo when you register or authenticate via OTP.
- Business & Merchant Information: Business name, logo, category, products/services catalog, prices, and store descriptions.
- Connected Social Media Accounts: When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Business via OAuth, we store access tokens and basic page profile IDs to publish scheduled content on your behalf. We never store account passwords.
- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and platform activity logs for telemetry, security audits, and anti-fraud monitoring.
- Device Permissions: With your explicit consent, we may access your Camera and Storage/Media to capture and select product photos for AI-photoshoot enhancements and catalog uploads.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI promotional content, captions, and creative media for your business.
- To schedule and automatically publish approved posts to your connected social channels.
- To host and display your digital catalog / storefront at
zaappi.com/store/[your-business]. - To process subscription plans and token recharges securely via licensed payment gateways (PayU).
- To prevent abuse, bot attacks, and fraudulent payment activities.
3. Payment Information & Security
We do not store your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, or Netbanking passwords on our servers. All financial transactions are securely processed through our Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregator partner, PayU Payments Private Limited, using 256-bit SSL encryption and strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant standards.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted infrastructure providers strictly necessary for service fulfillment:
- Payment Processors: PayU for payment authorization.
- Hosting & Cloud Providers: Secure VPS and Cloudflare CDN for edge caching and DDoS mitigation.
- Social Media APIs: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google to post content you explicitly schedule.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You have full control over your data. You may request deletion of your account, business page, catalog, and uploaded media at any time through the app settings or by emailing support@zaappi.com. Upon receipt, all identifying personal data is permanently wiped within 30 days, subject to statutory accounting requirements.
